Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e) is the Navy's contract vehicle for the development, acquisition, and all support of systems for the US Navy.  In July 2010, ADA Station was awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) in Zones 2, 3, 4, and 5.

Quality Assurance Program:

ADA Station Communication, Inc. is a quality-focused organization, which recognizes the need for improvement and quickly adapts to meet changing demands. Our Quality Assurance (QA) Program encompasses strategic planning, senior-level guidance, and a quality philosophy throughout its organization. ADA Station’s QA Plan establishes ADA Station’s policies, procedures and responsibilities derived from AF and industry rules, regulation and standards. ADA Station understands that “Customer Satisfaction” is dependent upon our ability to successfully maintain the ADA Station services at any location.

ADA Station’s QA Program is designed to ensure the services and products provided not only meet or exceed Government standards, but are also performed in the most efficient manner possible. Our QA Program specifies standards for management, as well as for the technical functions of the contract. ADA Station has developed procedures, which satisfy Total Quality Management (TQM) philosophy. ADA Station’s QA Program, which includes training, safety, customer satisfaction, inspections, corrective actions, and documentation, ensures Quality is implemented into all requirements.
